Single-site or multi-property, when the same hand keeps the work coherent. We also offer weekly and bi-weekly maintenance for your gardens and indoor collections.

Some outdoor spaces need composition, structure, and a steady hand through the seasons. The studio takes those — composed at the scale of the threshold, the planter, the contained court.
Madame O is guided by the principle, “Right plant, right place,” which means that no matter the environment, we can help you find plants that will thrive, not strive.
Selected work
For us, the garden, as a singular site, is a vessel for all that comes to enter that space — whether memories, pollinators, objects carefully collected on travels around the world, seeds blown from other gardens, new plants which push up through the ground… it’s a space of mystery, layers, growth, tension, and strangeness. As gardeners, we are pragmatists who navigate that mystery of change and seek to share that deep mystery and delight with others.
